I’VE ALWAYS BOOKED MY OWN TRAVEL, WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH AXIL TRAVEL?

I will save you time – no more mind-numbing trawling and Googling. I can take the stress out of booking something which ultimately should be to allow you to de-stress.

I will recommend based on listening to exactly what you want and need, using my own knowledge and the knowledge of my industry contacts and hand-picked suppliers.

I have access to great offers and negotiated rates which are not always available to consumers on online booking sites.

I go the extra mile to make sure your trip is truly unforgettable, arranging exclusive benefits for my clients whenever possible – those extra touches that you’d never get if you booked yourself.

I’m a real person you can speak to every step of the way - whether it’s during the planning process or if something crops up while you’re away. This has never been more important than recently with added complexities around Covid testing, airport industrial action and flight cancellations. These things happen, but by using my services, you have access to 24/7 emergency support whenever you need, with no premium rate call centres and long hold times to endure.

You name it, I can book it!
Some examples being; sun & sea holidays, villas, cruises, honeymoons, big bucket list trips, ski holidays, Lapland Santa trips, group travel (hen/stag trips, sports, multi-generational families, friends), Corporate travel, incentive/rewards trips, hospitality/VIP tickets for major events worldwide (e.g. F1 Grand Prix, Premier League, Rugby World Cup / Six Nations, music concerts/ festivals).

WHERE CAN I GO WITH AXIL TRAVEL?

I book worldwide travel, so it could be a night in London or a weekend in the UK, right through to a month-long road trip across the US, safari in Africa, meeting Santa in Lapland and everything in between. I aim to be your ‘one stop shop’ for all types of trips and I take equal pride and care curating every trip for my clients, no matter the complexity or duration.

CAN I BOOK MY OWN FLIGHTS?

Yes, absolutely. Feel free to book your own flights using reward points and leave the rest to me.

HOW DO I PAY?

This will depend on the holiday that we have created together. Generally speaking, I will require a low per person deposit to secure the booking, then your final balance will be payable around 10-12 weeks prior to departure. You can choose to pay the final balance in one go, or spread your payments and pay as and when you choose in whatever size instalments you wish.

WHICH HOTELS DO YOU WORK WITH?

As an independent travel agent I operate with full flexibility and place my clients’ needs at the heart of every journey. With total freedom to partner with hotels and travel experiences that I know and trust, I ensure that my recommendations are always 100% tailored to you. I can book the Mr and Mrs Smith collection, Ikos/Sani, Marriott, IHG and other chain hotels etc. as well as amazing independent and boutique hotels who aren’t part of any collection thanks to my trusted network of curated partners and suppliers.

Yes! Get in touch if you would like to outsource the travel planning for your business. I can also source VIP/hospitality events tickets for rewards/incentives programmes or for client entertainment.

DO YOU BOOK GROUP TRAVEL?
